We design and handcraft bespoke furniture, Crittall-style doors, commercial display stands, garden water features, and provide handyman and garden maintenance services.

All products and services are made or delivered to order unless stated otherwise.

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a written agreement or deposit. 
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work.
• Full payment is typically required prior to delivery or completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
   

• Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
• We aim to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
• Delivery costs are calculated separately unless included in the quote.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate access and delivery information.
   

Due to the bespoke nature of our work:

• Minor variations in materials, finish, or dimensions may occur.
• Natural materials such as wood and metal can age and change over time — this is considered part of their character, not a fault.
• Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
   

• As items are custom-made, cancellations after production begins are not eligible for a refund.
• If work has not started, cancellations may be accepted at our discretion.
• Refunds for non-bespoke services (such as handyman or garden maintenance) are handled in line with UK consumer law.
   

• We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. A warranty period may apply to some items — details will be specified at the time of sale 
• We are not liable for
  • Damage due to misuse, poor maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
  • Delays or losses due to circumstances beyond our control
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.
